While notebooks consists of a flow of blocks running consectively downward, you can add dividers and layout to change the flow.
The Layout Block allows you to create a flexible two-column layout inside your notebook. Each section of the layout can hold any type of content, including notebook blocks (text, headings, lists, etc.) or scenario blocks (charts, visualizations, etc.).
When hovering over the Layout Block, a small ellipsis menu appears in the upper-right corner. The following options are available:
Delete – Removes the Layout Block.
Duplicate – Creates an identical copy of the Layout Block.
Copy link to block – Generates a shareable link to the block.
Alignment – Cycles the layout alignment between Left, Center, and Right each time you click.
Each column of the layout is independent, allowing different blocks or scenarios in each.
Alignment changes reposition the layout within the notebook for flexible design.
The Divider Block is used to separate sections within a notebook. It provides a visual break to organize content.

Hover over the divider to reveal a small ellipsis menu in the upper-right corner. Available actions include:
Delete – Removes the divider from the notebook.
Duplicate – Creates a copy of the divider.
Copy Link to Block – Copies a direct link to the divider block.
Four styles of dividers are available. They are selectable on a check/uncheck basis, with Line as the default:
Line – A solid horizontal line.
Dashed – A dashed horizontal line.
Dots – A dotted horizontal line.
Gradient – A horizontal line with a gradient effect.
