Advanced Filter Settings
In the Document portal, the Categories tab organizes the documents into custom categories and the Favorites tab lists all the documents marked favorite. You can search the documents using the Advanced filter settings option. This will filter the documents based on the following search criteria: Created By, Updated By, Created Time, and Updated Time on both the tabs Categories and Favorites, as per your requirements.

For the advanced search, perform the following steps:
Click the Advanced filter settings option. The dialog box is displayed as shown below.
You can search the documents based on the following:
Name: Name of the document.
Created By: Creator of the document.
Updated By: Person who updated the document.
Created From - Created To: You can select the document's created date and time range from these fields.
Updated From - Updated To: You can select the document's updated date and time range from these fields.
Category: You can search for the document in the selected category or in all the categories.
Note: Category field will be displayed only when the search is performed in the Category tab.
Click the Search button. The search result is displayed.
You can clear the search criteria by clicking the Clear button.
Note: Advanced filter settings option is not displayed for the Data Monitoring tab.
