Using Chat Analysis

The following steps guide users on how to use the AI Chat Analysis function in the Wyn Enterprise platform for data queries and insight generation. Ensure you have obtained the corresponding permissions.

Enter the AI Chat Analysis Interface

In the document portal interface, click the Chat Analysis button to enter the AI Chat Analysis main interface.

Send Question

Directly enter the question in the conversation input area, click the Send button to send, or press the Enter key for quick submission.

Analysis Process


During AI processing, progress prompts will be displayed, such as:

  • "Understanding Question".

  • "Searching Knowledge Base".

  • "Analyzing".

  • "Visualization Recommendation".

Query performance depends on the language model used and system load.

Chat History

Users can select historical questions from Chat History for reuse or continued questioning, facilitating review and iterative analysis.

Terminate Current Conversation

During AI analysis, if an interruption is needed, users can click the Stop button on the right side of the input box to terminate the current conversation, then enter a new question to continue interaction.

Advanced Analysis

If you want to display the detailed thinking process of AI, enable Advanced Analysis mode. Select this option, enter the question, and click send to view the step-by-step analysis.

Switch Chart Type

AI will generate recommended charts based on the user's question (generation speed depends on the large model's response time and personalized conversation configuration). After the chart is generated, users can click the Switch Chart Type button to select other visualization forms (e.g., switch from a bar chart to a line chart).

Start New Session

Click the New Chat button to clear previous session records and start a new conversation.

If the New Chat button is not displayed on the page, first click Scroll to Bottom to scroll to the bottom, then click New Chat.

Dataset Information Panel

The data button in the upper right corner of the interface displays detailed field information for the currently selected dataset; by default, if no dataset is selected, this area remains blank to indicate no active selection.

Upon selecting a dataset, the interface will populate with the dataset's field information, enabling users to reference these fields when crafting questions for more precise, easy, and targeted conversational analysis.

When smart dataset selection is activated, the initial question-answer exchange will automatically choose an appropriate dataset, with all subsequent queries building upon it; to switch datasets, simply click the remove button to clear the current selection, allowing the system to recommend a new one for follow-up questions.

Note:

  • Advanced analysis mode may consume more resources and is suitable for complex queries.

  • If issues occur, refer to Chat History or contact the system administrator.

  • It is recommended to start with small questions for testing and gradually explore advanced features.
