AI Chat Analysis Permissions

To ensure specific users have access to the AI Chat Analysis function in the portal, the system administrator needs to configure it through role management. This permission allows users to access and use the chat analysis module for data queries and insight generation.

Configure Permissions

  1. Navigate to Role Management

    Click sequentially on the left navigation bar: Admin Portal > Accounts > Roles

    to enter the role management page.

  2. Select User Role

    In the role list, find and select the corresponding role for the user's organization or group (e.g., Data Analyst role).

  3. Grant Permissions

    In the role permissions settings:

  • Expand the Portal section.

  • Check the AI Chat Analysis option to enable the function.

  1. Save Changes

    Click the Save or Apply button to complete the permission configuration. After changes, users need to log in again for the permissions to take effect.

Note:

  • Permission configuration is based on roles.

  • If a user belongs to multiple roles, ensure at least one role has this permission enabled.
