Preview Dashboard

Wyn Enterprise provides a built-in Dashboard Viewer that allows users to preview dashboards and access several tools to interact with and analyze the data.

The viewer has two modes:

  • Standard Viewer – Includes full toolbar and interaction capabilities.

  • Lite Viewer – A simplified version with limited functionality.

The viewer mode is configured in the Admin Portal (Dashboard Settings) or in the Dashboard Designer via the Default Viewer property in the Inspector panel.

Previewing a Dashboard

To preview a dashboard:

  1. Go to the Documents or Resource portal.

  2. Hover over the desired dashboard and click its name.

  3. Click Preview to open the dashboard in the viewer.

You can also use the View in New Window icon to open the preview in a separate window.

To refresh the content or reopen the preview in a new window, use the Reload or New Window options in the viewer toolbar.
